Afinia’s L801 Label Printer is perfect for label and print shops, with its Memjet technology, 60 feet per minute print speed and vibrant color output. Wasatch SoftRIP will expand the capability of the L801 by adding PMS color matching and variable data printing, which are especially important for logistics and identification applications.

“We are pleased to be working with Afinia on their L801 Label Printer to bring this revolutionary technology to market,” said Ashley Wanlass, Senior Marketing Specialist with Wasatch Computer Technology, LLC.

Wasatch SoftRIP optimizes L801 performance, in terms of color reproduction, throughput speeds, and workflow efficiency. It provides interactive previews, control of image size and cropping, color correction, and unmatched control of ICC profiles throughout the entire color workflow. Wasatch SoftRIP is available in Large, Small or Desktop editions.

The L801 is designed for label printing houses, brand owners and logistics applications. Priced at $7,995 US, including a 1-year warranty, the L801 brings enterprise-type printing speed and quality to smaller organizations.
