Afinia Label will be showing it’s line of digital color label printers at the NBM B.I.G. Show in Indianapolis. The NBM Show is where practitioners from three graphics markets–visual communications, apparel decoration, recognition and personalization–come together and look for ways to expand their businesses. One way to do that is to add in-house label printing to the services they offer their customers.

The L801 printer is an industrial web-fed inkjet solution, which is ideal for short to mid-run inventory and product identification applications.
The L801 is ideally-suited for bringing high-resolution, vibrant, full-color label printing to product identification applications. The L801′s Memjet technology allows for an ultra-low cost-of-ownership. The L801 has an integrated unwinder, holds 1.25 liters of ink to support large runs and has easy access doors for fast, simple media and ink replacement. An optional rewinder is also available.
The Afinia R635 is a high-speed, laser label printer that offers a durable print with consistent color. Designed for mid-range and industrial printing, the R635 offers cost-savings by bringing label printing in-house. With the R635, brand owners do not have to purchase large amounts of pre-printed label inventory and can print the quantities they need, on-demand. The R635 prints at 30 feet per minute and uses a single pass 4-color LED process to produce a 1200x600dpi image.
