Saving Time on Small Labels
“This slitting option allows users of the L801 to print multiple labels across the web. Instead of printing just one label at a time, a user can now print several labels at once, and slit the output down to single label width for automatic application machines. This is useful for those industries that require smaller labels, such as bio-med, essential oil manufacturers and eCigarette providers. Printing multiple labels across greatly increases the number of labels that can be produced per minute. With the L801’s 12 inch-per-second print speed, 1”x2” labels can be produced, 7 labels across the web, at nearly 42 labels per second.”
Compatible Color Label Printers
We offers two color label printers. The Afinia Label L801 Color Label Printer is powered by Memjet technology, which gives it a print speed of 60 feet per minute and an industry-leading ink cost of less than 3 cents for a 4” x 6” label with 75% coverage. This is a fraction of the cost of other inkjet label printers. The Afinia Label R635 Color Label Printer is dry toner based and carries BS5609 Section 1, 2 and 3 certification making it the ideal solution for full-color, GHS compliant, chemical labels.
